Phoenix Employees Issues Two RFPs

The $1.65 billion City of Phoenix Employees Retirement System is searching for real return and core real estate managers.The two RFPs, available through consultant R.V. Kuhns &Associates, did not specify the amount of the allocations, however, Rey Servin, retirement analyst at the plan, had said in April that the plan would invest $80 million in each strategy.

The RFPs are available on R.V. Kuhn's Web site (www.frvkuhns.com/copers) and any questions should be directedto Ryan Harvey (ryan.harvey@rvkuhns.com). Proposals are due June 2.
