Sandra Manzke, founder of fund of funds shop MAXAM Capital, has joined the board of Quant Asset Management’s QAM Asian Equities and QAM Global Equities funds as an independent director.

The founder of Tremont Capital Management, Manzke founded MAXAM in April 2005. She was responsible for the oversight of Tremont's operations and the development of Tremont's business plan.
