Tracie Gunion, former senior vice president at Financial Risk Management, this month joined fund of hedge funds shop Pomegranate Capital Management as its director of marketing.
Gunion held a similar role during her stint at Financial Risk.
Pomegranate was founded by Susan Shaffer Solovay last year to invest in women-owned hedge fund shops on the premise that female managers can do a better job of generating alpha with less volatility than their male counterparts.
Gunion declined to disclose the firm’s performance or assets under management.
