Credit Suisse has added three executives in three cities to boost its private equity fund of funds business.
Derek Jones and Arnaud Lipkowicz have been named partners, and Mina Pacheco Nazemi a vice president, in the bank’s customized fund investment group, which handles p.e. funds of funds. Jones and Lipkowicz are based in New York and London, respectively, while Pacheco Nazemi is in Los Angeles.
According to Mike Arpey and Kelly Williams, co-heads of the p.e. fund of funds business, the hires demonstrate that “our continued geographic expansion reflects our mission to be where our clients are an to provide them the best support that we can.”
Jones, who joins CS from Oncore Capital, will focus on client relationships, emerging manager due diligence and co-investments. Lipkowicz, the former director of investments for the LCF Rothschild Group, will concentrate on the group’s European business. Pacheco Nazemi, a former senior investment associate in international p.e. at GE Asset Management, will work on emerging manager due diligence and co-investments.
