Lyxor Asset Management has named an insider head of its North American expansion effort.
Michael Bernstein, head of U.S. pensions and consultants at Lyxor, will now serve as head of business development in North America. The Société Générale subsidiary said that Bernstein's promotion is a result of its "breakthroughs" in the region, and added that it would build a business development team for Bernstein.
Bernstein has been with the French hedge fund since 2009.
