Schroders has added a pair of analysts to its multi-asset team as the group prepares to launch a global macro bond hedge fund.
The asset managers hired Jingjing Cui from JPMorgan Asset Management and Matthew Joyce from Occam Asset Management. The former is a quantitative fixed-income and currency modeling specialist and the latter a volatility specialist; Joyce will cover all asset classes at Schroders.
At JPMorgan, Cui was a vice president and senior quantitative research analyst. Joyce was an equity analyst at Occam. He formerly worked at Polar Capital.
