G2 Fundraising Arm Adds Vice Pres.

G2 Investment Group's fundraising unit has hired a former Wilshire Associates executive.

Brian Moonan was named a senior vice president at Forbes Private Capital Group, which G2 set up with Forbes Financial Services two years ago, Bloomberg News reports. FPCG handles capital-raising and distribution both for G2 and for outside clients.

At Wilshire, Moonan was a vice president in the firm's funds management group.
