US Bancorp Admin. Nabs Stark Compliance Chief

US Bancorp has added a senior lawyer to its fund administration business.

Brett Meili was named legal counsel at US Bancorp Fund Services. He is charged with providing support to the firm's alternative investments products and services.

Meili joins from hedge fund Stark Investments, where he was chief compliance officer. He has 17 years' experience in the funds industry and formerly worked at the Baird Funds, Robert W. Baird & Co. and the Strong family of mutual funds.
