"OTR has an exciting product that adds value to some of the best investors in the world," Richards said. "I look forward to helping the firm expand its client base and increase impact with current clients. This will be my only sell-side relationship."

"We are thrilled to have someone of Bill's caliber and strong ethics joining our firm," CEO Stanton Green said. "Bill's idea dinners over the past decade have been a great source of investing knowledge and that is a tradition that OTR expects to continue."
