Cary Marr has offered hedge funds non-executive directorship services for a decade. He'll continue to do so, but from a new address.

"I'm thrilled to become a part of the IMS fiduciary team as I have always viewed IMS to be one of Cayman's premier providers of hedge fund directorship services," Marr said.
