Amidst all of the turmoil in the asset-backed securities markets, a top Lehman Brothers executive in the field is prepping his own hedge fund.
David Sherr, currently head of global securitized products at Lehman, will leave at the end of the year. He plans to start a hedge fund.
Lehman is expected to be a partner in Sherr’s new venture.
