Law Firm Adds Hedge Fund Expert

Top hedge fund lawyer Lindi Beaudreault has moved to law firm Murphy & McGonigle.

Beaudreault joins from Shearman & Sterling. Her practice focuses on enforcement defense and regulatory matters, especially for hedge funds. Prior to going into private practice at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, Beaudreault was a lawyer in the Securities and Exchange Commission's enforcement division.

Beaudreault is based in New York.
