Intertrust Hires Two Hedge Fund Director Services Pros.

Sep 26 2013 | 10:22am ET

Intertrust has added a pair of fiduciary services directors on both sides of the globe, each tasked with helping hedge funds find independent directors for their boards.

Rob Aspinall joins the company in the Cayman Islands and Martin O'Regan in Singapore. The former moves over from Deloitte and formerly worked at Harmonic Fund Services; the later joins from Deutsche Bank, where he led alternative funds services in Asia.

"Both Martin and Rob bring with them the highest level of global professional experience and the client-service acumen that our clients appreciate and respect," Intertrust fiduciary services managing director Warren Keens said. "These two individuals understand our clients' businesses and will make important contributions to the growth of our fiduciary business."
