Seeking to boost its standing among U.K. institutional investors, New York-based fund of hedge funds shop Permal Group has named a Goldman Sachs executive to oversee its London office.
Glyn Clark joins Permal as director of U.K. operations, responsible for both establishing and reviewing the firm’s institutional and intermediary client operations, as well as those covering third-party providers. He most recently served as an executive director in Goldman’s New York compliance department.
