Black River Relative-Value Fund Gets New Manager

Black River Asset Management has handed its Equity Relative Value Fund to Adam Tyrrell.

Tyrrell was named a portfolio manager at the New York-based firm, it said. He is charged with idea generation, analysis and trade construction for the $123 million fund.

Tyrrell joins Black River from OVS Capital, where he was a partner.
