Lynn MacDonald has been named global head of institutional marketing at Deutsche Asset Management. MacDonald, previously managing director for institutional marketing at Alliance Capital Management, will be responsible for developing a coordinated strategy for marketing the firm's worldwide platform. She will report to Roelfien Kuijpers, global head of institutional business and global head of marketing for the firm.

"Institutional clients are increasingly demanding investment solutions across a wider range of asset classes and geographic locations," Kuijpers said. "A coordinated client marketing program will better enable us to deliver our global investment platform and expertise."
