First Names Group Adds Business Development Head

Fund administration and corporate services form First Names Group has hired Carlos Rebelo to lead its business development efforts.

Based in Jersey, Rebelo joins the group from a global financial services provider in Luxembourg. He has a wealth of experience having worked all over the world for international corporations such as BNP Paribas and HSBC Bank. His new role will focus on co-ordinating and driving organic growth across the firm, which now operates in eight international locations.

First Names Group is one of the world's largest independent trust, fund and corporate services providers.

Kevin O’Connell, group commercial director, said: “I am delighted to welcome Carlos to the team.  We have grown exponentially in the past two years – in terms of our offering, global reach and headcount. Given his experience and expertise I have little doubt that Carlos will be an invaluable member of the team as we continue to grow our business.”
