UBS has moved an equity salesman to its U.S. prime brokerage business.
Thomas Anglin was named head of prime-brokerage origination, The Wall Street Journal reports. He will focus on start-ups.
Anglin has been with UBS since 2009, when he joined the bank from hedge fund Ospraie Management. Last year, he was named to a new global sales desk focusing on hedge funds.
