Moore, Paulson, Soros Back New Spanish REIT

Moore Capital Management, Paulson & Co. and Soros Fund Management are all investors in a new Spanish property fund run by Azora Gestión.

The three hedge funds have invested in Hispania, which Azora plans to list in Madrid. The fund has already raised €314 million of a €500 million target, including €92 million each from Paulson and Soros.

Hispania will invest in residential properties, offices and hotels in Spain.
