Richard A. Cagnetta has joined alternative investment accounting specialist Untracht Early as tax director.
Cagnetta brings over 20 years' experience to his new post, having previously served as global tax director for a multi-billion dollar fund manager. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade with a Big Four accounting firm providing and coordinating tax consulting and compliance services to a wide array of financial service industry clients.
"Our alternative investment clients constitute a substantial portion of the firm's practice," said Tracey Early, managing principal, in a statement."In order to honor our commitment to delivering outstanding service to these clients, we constantly look to retain top-tier talent who are able to bring something unique to the table. Richard's broad-ranging expertise—from the diverse organizations and clients he's assisted to the breadth of taxation issues he's helped solve—makes him a natural fit for both Untracht Early and our firm's clientele."
Utracht Early provides tax accounting and advisory services to hedge fund, private equity and registered investment advisory clients.
