UBS is turning to a former Citadel Investment Group executive to lead its U.S. market-making business in Chicago.
Andrew Kolinsky is returning to investment banking two years after leaving Citadel, were he led its broker-dealer unit, Citadel Execution Services, for three years.
Kolinsky worked at Knight Capital Group prior to joining Citadel in 2009.
