Ignis Bought By Standard Life

Ignis Asset Management is getting a new corporate parent.

Standard Life will pay £390 million for Ignis, which has £59 billion in assets under management, including hedge funds. The combined company will have nearly £250 billion in assets.

Ignis is currently owned by Phoenix Holdings.
