Investcorp has a new hedge-fund risk manager.
The alternative investments firm named Jonathan Joyce head of operational risk for its U.S. hedge funds group. Joyce joins the firm from Man Group fund of hedge funds arm FRM Investments, where he was deputy head of business risk.
"Jonathan joins our hedge funds risk team with a tremendous track record for managing operational risk," Lionel Erdely, head of the hedge funds group, said. "We continue to emphasize and deepen our strong risk management culture as fiduciaries as we implement ambitious growth plans in managing multi-manager hedge fund portfolios and seeding talented emerging managers."
