Hedge Fund Redemption Requests Fall

Hedge fund redemptions ticked down this month, as expected, according to SS&C Technologies.

The SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator, which measures forward redemption notices received by GlobeOp-administered hedge funds, fell to 3.23% this month. Last month, it stood at 3.81%.

“April redemption activity decreased slightly from March, but remains in line with historical averages,” SS&C CEO Bill Stone said.
