Decker & Co Announces 2 Hires, 2 Partnerships

Decker & Co, a U.S.-based broker focused on the Southeast Asia/frontier space, has made two key hires.

The firm has added Susan Kim as director of Asian equity sales and Robert Lacey as director of Asian equity sales trading.

Kim, who will head Decker's West Coast sales, spent 11 years in sales at UBS, Lehman and Nomura while Lacey, who joins the company from Deutsche Bank, has 22 years of ASEAN trading experience.

Decker has also inked partnerships with BPI Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of the Philippine Islands, and Tong Yang Securities Cambodia, one of the leading securities companies in the newly established securities market in Cambodia.

Decker & Co's network includes broker partners in Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Pakistan, the Philippines and Cambodia.
