Cheyne Capital Management has hired another Meditor Capital Management alumnus, two months after hiring its first pair.

The London-based firm named Sebastian Virchow a partner on May 2, Financial News reports. He joins former colleagues Martin Glen and Pierre-Marie di Maria Laval, who were named partners at Cheyne in March.

Virchow worked at Meditor from 2003 until January, a month after the firm announced that it would close its European equity fund.
