Lombard Odier Investment Managers’ European stock chief has left the firm.

Marc Bataillon resigned from the firm amidst the restructuring of its equities business. His deputies, Peter Dionisio and Cyril Marquaire, have taken the helm of his two funds, European High Conviction and Global High Conviction, Financial News reports.

“The investment team, process, philosophy and track records of Europe High Conviction and Global High Conviction, will remain unchanged,” Lombard Odier said.

The trio joined Lombard Odier in 2010 from hedge fund Selectium Capital.
