Fiderion, a global executive search firm, has launched a private equity group dedicated to recruiting senior-level talent for p.e. firms’ industrial, technology and consumer product portfolio companies.
"Specialization is the key to future growth in these industry sectors and Fiderion is committed to helping our clients make the strategic hiring decisions they require to grow their business," said Fiderion founder James Norton. “As private equity firms continue to expand their activities, the need to recruit high-caliber leaders takes on increased importance. The new private equity group will also periodically be in a position to assist private equity and venture capital firms with deal flow referrals by providing introductions to top industry executives."
Norton, the former head of the Americas financial services practice at Korn/Ferry International, founded Fiderion in 2002.
