UBS Hedge Fund Adds Credit Suisse Quant

UBS’ internal hedge-fund unit has hired a quantitative credit manager.

Andrew Hubbard joined UBS O’Connor yesterday from Credit Suisse, where he was head of structured credit trading in the U.S. until about five months ago, Bloomberg News reports. Hubbard had spent most of the past 17 years with Credit Suisse, excepting a yearlong stint at Deutsche Bank.

UBS O’Connor has US$6 billion in assets under management.
