Fixed-income hedge fund Prologue Capital Management has strengthened its investor relations team with a Man Group analyst.

Robert Stever was named head of investor relations in the U.S., the firm said this week. He will work out of Prologue’s U.S. office, in Greenwich, Conn.

Stever joins Prologue from Man’s fund of funds business, FRM, where he sourced hedge-fund investments and monitored existing mandates, with a focus on trading strategies and structured credit. He formerly served as a senior hedge-fund and private-equity analyst at Spring Mountain Capital, and also worked at Morgan Stanley’s prime brokerage business.

“Robert understands the investing landscape and he will be a valuable asset as he provides service to Prologue’s growing investor base in the U.S.,” new boss Chris Millar said.
