When it comes to prime brokerage, you still can’t beat Goldman Sachs.

The Wall Street giant remains the largest prime broker in the industry, according to a new survey from Eze Castle Integration. Goldman was identified as the main prime broker by 27% of respondents, with Morgan Stanley a distant second with 17%.

Eze Castle noted that its ranking of the top five prime brokers hasn’t changed in five years. Following Goldman and Morgan Stanley are JPMorgan Chase at 8%, Credit Suisse at 6% and UBS at 5%. Other providers—including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BTIG, Citigroup and Wells Fargo—accounted for more than 35% of hedge funds’ main prime brokers.
