Blackrock: Investors Warming To Real Assets

Blackrock found 66% of respondents already own infrastructure assets. Of those considering allocating to infrastructure, 72% are interested in additional equity investments while 38% are intrigued by the newly emerging institutional infrastructure debt opportunity.

Of those expecting to increase allocations, 51% are at least somewhat interested in brownfield (existing) projects compared to 23% that are interested in newer 'greenfield' projects.
