AIP Private Capital Appoints Adam Flomen to VP, Originations

AIP Private Capital announced the appointment of Adam Flomen to the new role of Vice President, Originations.

In his new position, Flomen will lead the growth of the private debt portfolio by focusing on small and emerging growth companies. AIP private debt group provides alternatives to the financing options offered by traditional lenders. 

Lending proceeds are used by companies to address short-term needs such as restructuring debt, providing working capital, supporting inventory purchases, and financing expenditures and acquisitions.

Flomen has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has held senior positions at Canada and U.S. based commercial finance firms and asset based lenders. 

These firms include including Accord Financial Inc., PNC Business Credit, and Wachovia Bank Corp. Floman received his C.A. designation in 1995 and an MBA from the University of Toronto in 1993.
