Quant Hedge Fund Hires Research Head

SEQA Capital Advisors, the New York-based a quantitative hedge fund that was spun out of SAC Capital, has hired Wolf Kohn as head of research for high speed trading.

In this new role, Kohn will work closely with the firm’s founder and portfolio manager, Andrew Van Hise, to develop trading strategies that utilize high-speed forecasting technology.

Kohn previously founded Clearsight Systems, a software developer for commercial use.
