GMT Communications Appoints Natalie Tydeman to Senior Partner

GMT Communications Partners appointed Natalie Tydeman to senior partner, effective January 2015.

GMT Communications Partners is a European private equity firm that focuses on investments in the continent's communications industry. This includes investment in infrastructure and tech-enabled services markets. The firm has established three funds since its launch in 1993 and has made investments in 19 countries.

Tydeman jointed the firm in 2007. Recently, she played a central role in the acquisition of Seagull, which creates computer-based training systems for seafarers.

Tydeman earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honors in Mathematics from Oxford University.
