CenterOak Partners Announces Three New Hires

Dallas-based private equity firm CenterOak Partners announced three new hires on Wednesday. Joining the firm are Jeff Moredock, Megan Kneipp, and Casey Gribble.

“We are pleased to round out our team with the hiring of Jeff, Megan and Casey, accomplished individuals with strong financial services backgrounds,” said CenterOak Managing Partner Randall Fojtasek. “They are joining an experienced and successful team, many of whom have worked together for more than a decade.”

Moredock will serve as a Vice President and will actively support the firm’s investment and monitoring activities. Prior to CenterOak, he served as an Associate with Brazos Private Equity Partners and as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank. He will join CenterOak in June 2015 after receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kneipp serves as the firm’s Vice President for Business Development and Investor Relations. Prior to CenterOak, Kneipp served as an Associate in the Private Bank at Credit Suisse, where she focused on capital raising and investment management. Previously, she was an Associate in Brokerage Services at Direct Development in Dallas and received a MBA with honors from Southern Methodist University and a BA from the University of Texas.

Gribble will serve as an Associate and will support all aspects of the firm’s investment and monitoring activities. Prior to CenterOak, she served as an analyst at Credit Suisse in Houston. She will join CenterOak in June 2015. Gribble received a Business Administration degree from the University of Texas.

Fojtasek, a former Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Brazos Private Equity Partners, launched CenterOak in September 2014. With these hires, the firm expands to 21 individuals, including 12 members of the investment and operations team and three operating partners.

CenterOak is focused on investing approximately $20 million to $50 million of equity capital per transaction in middle market companies with high potential for long-term growth. The firm specializes on three key industry sectors: Industrial Growth, Consumer, and Business Services.
