Liquid alternative solutions provider Wavelength Capital Management has hired Mark Landis as co-managing partner, effective immediately.

Landis joins Wavelength from Societe Generale, where he was most recently head of fixed income and currencies for the Americas, according to a press release.

Beforehand, he was a member of Touradji Capital and spent 14 years at Credit Suisse, where he rose to the position of global co-head of fixed income sales and research and was on the firm’s operating committee.

“Mark has a track record of success as one of the financial industry’s most respected senior leaders and will offer an exceptional approach in delivering liquid, transparent investment solutions to our clients,” said Andrew Dassori, Wavelength’s Chief Investment Officer and Co-Managing Partner. “His personal and professional integrity fit seamlessly with our values, and his experience will be invaluable as we build our business toward the future.”

New York-based Wavelength was founded in 2013 as an independent alternative investment management firm. It launched its Interest Rate Neutral fund in October 2013.
