Michael Borowsky has joined Concise Capital Management as a senior credit analyst.  Borowsky brings 12 years of experience in credit analysis to the firm having held senior high yield positions at Standard Asset Management, Dilmum Investments and Ivy Management.

Concise currently manages a $12 million short-duration bond hedge fund.
