Norton Rose Fulbright Strengthens Investment Management Team

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has brought investment management attorney Andrew James Lom aboard as a partner in its New York office.

Lom comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, according to the company. He represents global asset managers, investors and private companies in a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters, including fund formations, private equity transactions, SEC and related regulatory matters, corporate issues and tax matters. 

In addition, Lom assists family offices and other financial investors with investment due diligence, private equity transactions and holding company structuring. 

“Andrew has an impressive financial investments and wealth management practice that complements our other financial services,” said Linda Addison, Norton Rose Fulbright U.S. managing partner, in a statement. 

Lom is a co-founder of the American Bar Association’s Sub-Committee on Family Offices, and is active participant in the Managed Funds Association’s Outside Counsel Forum, the company said.
