2016 Salt Conference: Mike Greenberg Chats with Jay Williams

May 11 2016 | 11:31am ET

ESPN’s Mike Greenberg kicked off the 2016 Salt Conference with an interview with basketball great Jay Williams.

They discussed the impact of Steph Curry on basketball, and Williams’ praised the two-time NBA MVP for how he has changed the sport.

Williams says that the shots Curry actually makes in game, he gets repetitions taking those shots.

Jay Williams also spoke candidly about his life and new book Life is Not an Accident. It was a remarkable interview that highlighted how Williams has dramatically found success after a terrible setback years ago by changing his philosophy on life.

For him, it’s not about what could have been in the NBA, but instead where he is going now and about relying consistently on the people who are part of his “board,” a select group of people who encourage him and help him achieve great things.

Modern Trader’s recent hedge fund issue – the Issues with Hedge Funds features a stunning exploration of Steph Curry’s season and how a player like Curry only comes around every 150 years, according to two key metrics.
