Drexel Hamilton Hires New Senior Officer

Drexel Hamilton, a leading veteran-owned investment banking firm, announced that bank analyst David B. Hilder will join the firm’s Capital Markets group as a senior coverage officer focused on banks and other financial institutions.

Most recently, Hilder has covered banks, credit-card issuers and other lending institutions as a senior analyst in Drexel Hamilton’s Equity Research department. Hilder has covered banks and financial services stocks as an equity research analyst at major investment banks starting in 1991, according to the company.

“As a former analyst and portfolio manager, David will bring a unique perspective to our bank and financial institution clients,” Roger Elsas, managing director and head of Capital Markets at Drexel Hamilton, said in a statement.

Drexel Hamilton is a New York-based full-service institutional broker-dealer focused on capital markets, equities, corporate debt, government agencies and municipal finance. With more than 100 professionals, including 42 military veterans, 25 of whom are Service Disabled, Drexel Hamilton has offices in Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Jacksonville, Houston, Boston, Milwaukee, Lincoln, San Francisco, Detroit, Atlanta and Orlando.
