Graycliff Partners Promotes Two Executives to MD

Middle-market private equity company Graycliff Partners has promoted two executives to managing director. 

Will Henderson and Duke Punhong will assume their new roles effective immediately, according to the company. Henderson joined Graycliff’s predecessor, HSBC Capital, in 2006 from MidMark Capital and was a banker in the M&A group at Bear Stearns beforehand. He led a number of portfolio investments for Graycliff and currently serves on the board of several portfolio companies.  

Punhong joined the company in 2004 from Cornerstone Equity Investors, and prior to Cornerstone was a banker in the financial sponsors group at Bear Stearns. He has also led a number of portfolio investments for Graycliff and currently serves on the board of several portfolio companies. 

Founded in 1991 and based in New York, Graycliff Partners is an independent investment firm focusing on middle market private equity and mezzanine investments in the United States and Latin America. The Graycliff Partners team, previously operating as part of HSBC Capital, has invested more than $1 billion and completed more than 80 transactions.
