Adams Street Partners Announces New Partner

Adams Street Partners announced that Kevin O’Donnell will join the firm on Aug. 29 as a partner and global head of business development and investor relations, as well as a member of the firm’s executive committee.

O’Donnell joins Adams Street from BlackRock, where he was a managing director and a member of the management committee for the U.S. and Canada Institutional client business, according to the company.

Previously, O’Donnell served in several senior management roles within BlackRock, including head of foundations and endowment and global head of hedge fund distribution.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to our partnership and to Executive Committee,” said Managing Partner Jeff Diehl in a statement “He is a proven executive who possesses the integrity, intelligence, energy and humility necessary to thrive at Adams Street."
