GTCR Promotes Daverman, Fey to MD, Jeschke to Principal

Private equity company GTCR has promoted three executives to larger leadership roles within the organization, naming Benjamin Daverman and Lawrence Fey to managing director and Stephen Jeschke to principal. 

Daverman joined GTCR equity firm in 2008, the company said in a statement. He became a principal in 2014. Fey came aboard in 2005 and became a principal in 2012, the statement continued, noting that both men have played instrumental roles in a number of successful investments.

Jesche was first hired in 2011 as a vice president and currently serves on the boards of three GTCR portfolio companies.

“Our investment philosophy is built around identifying and partnering with the right leader who will make the critical difference in building market-leading companies,” said Craig Bondy, managing director at GTCR. “We follow a similar philosophy when it comes to our own firm and are delighted to have these three outstanding investors and partners assume expanded leadership roles within the company.”
