U.K.-based private equity firm Bowmark Capital recently held a final closing on its new fund, Bowmark Capital Partners IV, with total commitments of £265 million (US$391 million). The closing came only three months after its launch in October.
The fund will invest in growth-oriented service companies, typically with enterprise values of up to £75 million in the business services, leisure, healthcare, media and information technology services sectors.
