Corporate event data provider Wall Street Horizon has partnered with communications and compliance specialist Issuer Direct Corporation to bring Wall Street Horizon’s dataset to investor relations and corporate communications professionals via Issuer Direct's platform.

Part of the platform is Issuer Direct’s robust investor network, which allows companies to easily broadcast financial results and influence key audiences and stakeholders, the companies said in a joint statement. By integrating the two, Issuer Direct gives shareholders the ability to access presentations and financial data and fact sheets of over 30,000 companies worldwide.

Meanwhile, Wall Street Horizon provides accurate and reliable forward-looking corporate event dates and information on over 5,000 North American and 7,000 international companies, covering earnings dates, dividend dates, splits, investor conferences, analyst meetings and more.

"We are increasingly seeing IR and corporate communications professionals leverage our event data for competitive intelligence and planning purposes," said Bruce Fador, President of Wall Street Horizon. "Issuer Direct has developed a very impressive platform for this audience, and we're excited to partner with them to provide our data to this community."

"Platform id. allows public companies to engage in frequent, meaningful interactions with investors and shareholders," said Brian Balbirnie, CEO of Issuer Direct Corporation. "With the addition of Wall Street Horizon's comprehensive, highly-accurate event data to our dataset, we're expanding our platform's functionality."

Founded in 2003 and based outside Boston, Wall Street Horizon provides institutional investors and traders with comprehensive information and data about corporate events such as earnings dates, dividend dates, options expiration dates, splits and investor conferences. The company’s products are available via API or the Enchilada online suite, and on financial industry platforms such as Eikon and Markit Hub.
