Opus Fund Services Unveils New Admin Platform For Marketplace Lending Strategies

Fund administration specialist Opus has announced the launch of a new system designed to ease the burdens of loan-level accounting for marketplace lending portfolios. 

The company has been working on refinements to its flagship fund administration platform since capital institutional capital first started to be deployed into the marketplace lending asset class, the company said in a statement. The new version of the company’s OpusNotes platform marks a significant development in the ability to provide loan level accounting through a single integrated platform, Opus continued.

"This product is the culmination of 5 years of development, working with the requirements of the world's largest marketplace lending hedge funds and their institutional investors" said Mike Canni, COO of Opus. "Delivered through our online dashboard, this is a significant release of the most comprehensive platform available for the provision of administration services for marketplace lending strategies."

Major features of the new version include loan level record keeping, multi-platform data aggregation, multi-asset/strategy/currency functionality, and powerful analysis and reporting tools, the company said.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered near Chicago, Opus Fund Services is an independent full-service fund administration provider of automated, integrated middle and back office administration services to hedge funds and asset management firms. The company provides fund administration services to over 250 global clients and 425 funds.
