Morgan Lewis Strengthens Finance Team with Crider Hire

Well-known law firm Morgan Lewis has hired veteran financial industry lawyer and former Reimer & Braunstein senior partner Marjorie Crider as a partner in its Boston office.

Crider’s has an extensive background in asset-based lending transactions, with a special emphasis on lending in the retail industry, according to a statement. She represents major financial institutions and other commercial lenders in a broad range of commercial finance transactions, particularly those involving asset-backed transactions. 

She also works with single lenders and agent/arrangers of multi-lender syndicates in structuring, documenting, and negotiating domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Crider also advises lenders in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, and debtor-in-possession financing transactions, the statement added.

Founded in 1873 and based in Philadelphia, Morgan Lewis provides comprehensive litigation, corporate, transactional, regulatory, intellectual property, and labor and employment legal services to clients of all sizes offers. The firm’s 2,200 lawyers, patent agents, benefits advisers, regulatory scientists, and other specialists are located in 30 offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
