Kinzie Capital Partners Taps Litwin As General Counsel

Newly formed private equity company Kinzie Capital Partners has named former Fox Swibel partner Nada Litwin as vice president and general counsel of the company.

In her new role, Litwin will manage all legal affairs and oversee general operating matters and investor relations at Chicago-based Kinzie, the company said in a statement. 

Litwin brings more than a decade of experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law to her new position. Prior to joining Kinzie, she was a partner at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP in the Corporate, Securities and Investment Management Group, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and contract negotiation. She began her career at in the Corporate and Securities Group at Skadden Arps.

Founded by former Versa Capital Management executive Suzanne Yoon in 2017, Kinzie focuses on making control and minority investments across the United States and Canada in companies within the consumer, business services and manufacturing sectors with revenues starting at $10 million and up to $15 million in EBITDA.
