Highvern Launches New Fund Service Business

Feb 28 2018 | 12:26pm ET

The Highvern Group announced today the launch of its new boutique fund services business, Highvern Fund Administrators Limited. The new business will be led by former investment manager and regulator Aidan O’Flanagan.

The fund service business is designed to fill a growing gap in the market, focusing on clients looking for a more bespoke level of service across private capital markets, including private equity, real estate, debt and renewables, according to the firm in a press release.

“We have created this business at a time when the industry is consolidating and there are fewer and fewer boutique providers delivering a tailored service to clients. As an owner-managed business, our first priority is continuity for our clients and staff, and ensuring that we retain the talent and capacity to offer a first-class servicem,” O’Flanagan said in a statement.

A Jersey registered and regulated firm, Highvern provides trust and company services to private client, international family office and private capital funds.
